Artists who influenced August Löhr | The son of a soapmaker, Löhr came to Munich in 1863 in order to become a student at the Munich Academy. While in Munich he became active as a landscape painter specializing in Alpine scenes painted in Bacaria, Switzerland, and western Austria.
