Artists who influenced Robert Blum![]() | Born in Cincinnati, Robert Blum's reputation was for illustration, figure and genre painting. He dropped out of high school to work in a lithography plant, and in 1875, entered the McMicken School of Design and then the Pennsylvania Academy.
